10. Login Options
Say goodbye to the manual hassle of remembering passwords and ensuring their security. With Single Sign-On (SSO), users are automatically logged in once their data is validated. If you’re using Entra ID, Google, or Okta for identity management, SSO is already included in your Sympa plan.
If SSO isn’t part of your plan, don’t worry! We will setup you a manual login process with secure verifications.
Please note, setting up SSO does require some configuration work from your IT department. Rest assured, we’ll provide all the necessary instructions for this and handle the setup on Sympa’s end to ensure a smooth transition.
Two options for the login to Sympa
SSO (Single Sign-On)
With SSO integrated into your Sympa solution, separate sign-in credentials become a thing of the past. All you need to do is provide users with the Sympa link. Once they’re signed into their computer and to the SSO account in any other system, such as Microsoft 365 for email, signing into Sympa is automatic.

Manual login
For manual sign-ins, managing credentials is straightforward and user-friendly. Users will use their personal email as their username. To create a password, simply follow the link on the sign-in page during your first visit to Sympa’s login page. Don’t worry, we’ll set the password criteria together to ensure security and ease of use.
