Welcome to Sympa onboarding journey, designed to empower you with a self-service experience, enhanced by our online support

While you’ll be taking the lead on most of the tasks and actions, a dedicated Sympa expert will be there to guide you through 10 critical checkpoints, available in your preferred onboarding language.

We’re committed to ensuring you have all the necessary knowledge to not only set up your Sympa system with us but also to maximise its potential. That’s why we’ve carefully curated a range of training content for you. Read more about training here.

Should your onboarding include connectors, rest assured, we’ll provide step-by-step support during the connector implementation phases.

Additionally, you’ll have access to our Support Portal, a treasure trove of articles and resources about the Sympa system, designed to answer your questions and broaden your understanding.

And, if you ever feel something’s missing from your Sympa solution, simply log in to the Sympa Marketplace post-onboarding. It’s your one-stop shop for expanding and enhancing your Sympa experience.

Checkpoints with Sympa

A Sympa expert will be by your side through 10 checkpoints. At each checkpoint, feel free to bring all the questions you’ve gathered, and we’ll work through the answers together in an online session. We’ll also discuss the next steps in your onboarding journey.

These checkpoints are designed for all your onboarding users. Two users are included in your agreement, and you have the option to add more (Available for an extra cost.) in the onboarding tool.

Checkpoint 1 - Kick off the onboarding (45 min)

Get introduced to Sympa onboarding steps and the onboarding tool. We’ll also schedule the upcoming checkpoints and connector implementation. Don’t forget your calendar.

Checkpoint 2 - Kick off the Build-up phase (30 min)

Let’s review any questions you have and outline what will happen in the Build-up phase.

Checkpoints 3-6 - Work packages (4 x 30-60 min)

We’ll have four sessions to guide you through preparing for each work package, including an introduction to the specification survey you’ll be completing.

Should your onboarding include connectors, such as a payroll connector, we’ll provide step-by-step support during the connector implementation phases. When connector requires more specification we will have a workshop together with you, Sympa and the other system provider.
