At the core of our customer onboarding process is the reliable project management tool, Asana. We use this strong tool to guide customers smoothly through the onboarding journey and to keep all key project steps and collaboration in one place. All communications related to the project, list of tasks, documentation, task completions, and approvals are done using Asana.
OneDrive for Documents
OneDrive serves as our centralised repository for all project documentation. As we progress through the onboarding process, all essential documents, including project plans, meeting notes, and deliverables, will be securely stored in OneDrive. This ensures that every team member has access to the latest versions of documents, promoting collaboration and keeping everyone aligned.
Your Sympa
Sympa is a key platform for testing all the features we are implementing. Additionally, we will be saving important project documents in Sympa’s Project Materials section to ensure compliance with all security rules.
